If you are interested in your family heritage and learning more about how to find out more then the annual Genealogy & Family Heritage Festival in Lynnwood Ridge, Pretoria is your opportunity to do so. And 2012 will make the 5th consecutive festival.
This is an exiting event where family members from all generations can ask questions re their heritage and spend the day together. Entrance is free and safe parking is available.
The purpose of the day:
• For various family associations to network
• For members of the public to meet various representatives and learn more about genealogy and the correct method of researching your own family history.
Tea garden, stalls with food and drinks as well as craft market, entertainment for children will be on offer all day. Remember that anybody can bring their questions regarding their ancestors and enjoy the day with family and friends.
