Lamberts Bay Crayfish & Cultural Festival
Kreef is Afrikaans for crayfish, and a fees can be both festival and feast. At the Lambert's Bay Kreeffees, held annualy in the Cape West Coast town of Lambert's Bay, you'll feast on fresh crayfish and get festive at rock concerts by some of South Africa's favourite musicians.
This year's programme starts with the following - Friday we have die Kaapse Affodille for a "lekker boere dans" but the pre-show is with Manie Jackson, Wicus Van Der Merwe and Ray Dalyn. Saturday we have the Miss Kreeffees competition, the Silver Falcons (weather permitting), Valiant Swart, Nicholis Louw and many more. Classical Sunday will present Sterling EQ, Gugulethu Tenors and Danie Niehaus.
